【摘要】目的:调查影响肝阳上亢型高血压患者睡眠质量的因素,并探讨中医护理对策。方法:对300名肝阳上亢型高血压患者的睡眠状况进行调查、评估,填写睡眠状况调查表,并对睡眠障碍的原因进行总结归纳。结果:160例肝阳上亢型高血压患者存在不同程度的睡眠障碍,主要影响因素为病理因素、环境因素、精神心理因素等。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the factors influencing the sleeping quality in hypertensive sleep disorder patients of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang pattern, and explore Chinese medicine nursing methods.
Methods: We recruited 300 hypertensive sleep disorder patients of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang pattern, investigated and evaluated the sleeping quality, filled in the questionnaire, and finally summarized and concluded the reasons of sleep disorder.
Results: 160 patients have diffenrent grades of sleep disorder and the main influencing factors are pathology factor, environmental factor, and mental factor, etc.
