环保意识的增强、法律的强制和利益的驱动共同促进了闭环供应链的产生。
闭环供应链是对正向供应链和逆向供应链的有机结合,具有资源节约、环境友
好、可持续发展的特点。然而由于各节点企业是具有独立经济利益的运作实体,
常常会出现企业个体行为与供应链整体目标冲突的现象。因而,在闭环供应链
的背景下研究和实施协同管理,对于提升供应链管理水平,增强企业适应全球
化竞争的能力,具有重要意义。本文的主要内容如下:
�在对逆向物流及供应链协同管理相关理论综述的基础上,界定了闭环供
应链以及闭环供应链协同管理的内涵,分析了闭环供应链的结构与特点,并指
出了实施闭环供应链协同管理的战略意义。�
�基于组织、信息、业务三个层面对闭环供应链的协同管理机制展开研究。
提出供应链各节点企业应在建立战略联盟的前提下,进行多角度纵深层次的信
息共享,同时在产品设计、采购、生产、销售、客户服务、回收环节构建了具
体的协同管理模型。�
�根据闭环供应链的整体战略目标,构建了闭环供应链协同管理绩效评价
的指标体系,并给出了基于三角模糊函数的层次分析模糊综合评价方法。�

Closed-loop supply chain(CLSC) was facilitated ing by the awareness of environment
protection ,law force and benefits driving,which is an integration of forward supply chain and
reverse supply chain ,with the characteristics of saving resources ,befriending circumstance and
sustainable , as the node enterprises are independent economical entity, their
individual behavior often conflict with the goal of the supply chain .Under this background, this
paper analyzes how to implement collaborative management ,which is important to strengthen their
adaptive capacity in the participation in the main content of this paper
as follows :
giving a detailed review on the theory of reverse logistics and collaborative
management of supply chain, the dissertation defines the concept of CLSC and collaborative
management of CLSC, and analyzed the structure and features of CLSC ,which is of strategic
importance.
the perspective anization ,information and business process ,the paper discusses
the collaboration mechanism of CLSC and builds the model acoss the link of product
design ,purchasing,producing,marketing,customer service and recovery with the member enterprises
setting up strategic alliance and sharing information.
