温州水产品出口贸易现状分析及对策研究
摘要
自中国实行改革开放政策20多年以来,浙江省的对外贸易得到了前所未有的发展。温州作为浙江省水产出口总量靠前的城市,对浙江省的水产品出口贸易发展也起到了至关重要的作用。本文对温州市水产品出口贸易的现状进行分析,分析影响温州水产品出口贸易的主要相关因素,阐述促进出口贸易的对策对温州市水产品出口贸易发展的影响及现实意义。同时分析温州水产品贸易发展的历程与出口贸易中遇到的国际市场开拓不充分、产品附加值不高、市场信息服务体系发展落后、水产品质量管理薄弱、关税性及非关税性贸易壁垒等问题,针对这些问题提出了开拓多元化市场、提高水产品科技水平、建立水产品质量安全体系、加速生产结构调整、加强政府优惠政策等的对策,促使温州的水产出口总量能够持续增加并提高其产品在整个经济环境下的竞争力,加快温州市水产品出口贸易从而促使温州市构筑良好的外向型渔业经济格局。

Abstract
Since China launched the strategy of reform and opening up in 1978, the foreign trade of Zhejiang Province has obtained the unprecedented development. Wenzhou as in front of exported quantity city of Zhejiang played an important roles in the aquatic export trade development. This article carries on the analysis on present situation of export trade of aquatic product of Wenzhou city, analyzing the main relative factors of influential Wenzhou aquatic export trade. Elaborated promote countermeasures of exports in Wenzhou aquatic export trade have influence of development and realistic significance. We analyzed the aquatic products trade development process of Wenzhou and export trade problems such as the international market development not sufficient, the added value of the products is not high, market information service system development backwardness, the aquatic product quality management, and any other international barriers. Aiming at these problems, puts forward development diversified market, improve technology level of aquatic products, establishing the aquatic product quality security system, speed up production of structure adjustment, strengthening government preferential policies countermeasures. Prompted Wenzhou aquatic export quantity can continue to increase and enhance its products in the whole economy petitiveness, which will speed up the export trade of Zhejiang Province’s aquatic product and construct the good export-oriented fishery economical pattern.
