摘要
近年来,滨海地区公共空间设计越来越受到重视。随着城市经济的迅猛
发展,人们生活的范围和内容不断地拓展,滨海公共空间拥有了更加复杂的
功能。它既是城市居民生活、活动的理想空间,又是凸显城市形象特色的重
要节点,同时也是旅游者观光游览的主要场所,所以滨海区域公共空间既要
保持与城市总体公共开放空间系统整体协调的关系,还要创造出滨海区域的
特色与个性。
本文是基于对青岛城市总体规划和青岛城市公共开放空间系统规划的理
解及对青岛滨海区域客观条件特殊性的认识,对城市整体的空间格局以及滨
海地区公共空间存在的问题进行解读和深入地剖析,提出了青岛前海区公共
空间概念规划的整体设计目标和青岛之“链”的设计概念;对青岛城市空间
肌理的研究本着延续城市自然环境特色和保护城市历史文脉及人文环境的原
则提出了相应的具有青岛前海特色的公共空间设计策略,最后归纳出贯穿于
此次概念规划设计的链接、更新、持续思想。
论文试图通过对青岛前海区公共空间的探讨,为我国滨海地区公共空间
规划设计提供有意义的借鉴作用。

Abstract
In recent years, people pay more attention to the public space design of the
seaside region. With the rapid development of city economy and the range of
people’s life being expanded constantly, there is more plicated functions in
the public space of the seaside region. There is a good place for city residents to
activite and for travelers to visit, in addition, the important node revealing the
image of the city. Therefore, the seaside region not only gets along with the
whole city, but also creates special features of the district.
The paper is based on the basic frame of master planning in Qingdao and the
systematic planning of open space in Qingdao. What more, there is under the
realization of the particular and objective conditions of the seasid
