一带一路背景下中俄贸易结构优化分析
摘要
当今国际社会发展的必然趋势是合作共赢,在如此利于国家发展的国际环境下,我国政府提出了“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的国家发展战略,与周边和沿线的众多国家一起开展经济、政治、文化等方面的合作,这使得原本就往来频繁的中俄贸易关系和结构又有了更加丰富的贸易合作形式,中俄原有的经济贸易结构也将发生变化,开创了中俄两国的双边关系新的局面,为东北亚地区经济和政局稳定起到促进和保障作用。本文通过对“一带一路”背景下中俄两国贸易结构的优化为切入点进行分析,通过对比该国家政策战略实施前后中国与俄罗斯俄贸易结构,结合中俄两国在经贸、文化、军事等领域的合作进行深入探究,阐述新形势下中俄贸易发展现状及未来趋势,为“一带一路”发展战略背景下的中俄贸易发展以及与周边国家贸易发展起到一定的参考和借鉴意义。

Analysis of the Sino Russian trade structure optimization The Belt and Road background
Abstract
In the current international trend of social development is a win-win cooperation, under the environment of our country put forward the "Silk Road Economic Belt" in twenty-first Century and "maritime Silk Road" national development strategy, many countries along with neighboring and cooperate together to face economic, politics and culture, which makes the exchanges between China and Russia the structure of trade relations and frequent and abundant trade forms of cooperation, economic and trade structure between China and Russia will also change the original, so that bilateral relations between China and Russia to a new level, to promote and protect the role for economic and political stability in Northeast asia. This paper analyzes the optimization of the trade structure between China and Russia The Belt and Road "under the background, through parison of the Sino Russian trade structure before and after the implementation of the strategy, combined with China and Russia in the economic, cultural and military cooperation in the fields of in-depth research, elaborated under the new situation of Sino Russian trade development situation and future trends, to a reference to" development strategy background The Belt and Road "of the development of Sino Russian trade and trade with neighboring countries development.
