摘要:本科教育和研究生教育的协调互动发展对提高教学资源利用率和人才培养质量十分重要。本文介绍了促进本科和研究生教育协调互动发展的具体作法:依托重点学科,搭建本科和研究生教育协调发展的公共平台;建立“同心圆”教育模式,促进本科和研究生教育互动发展;通过建立“校、院、学科点、导师”四级管理模式、开放实验室、研究生助教和本科生导师制等措施为本科和研究生教育互动发展提供了保障。通过实践应用,取得了良好的人才培养效果。

Building new models for interactive development of undergraduate and graduate education and taking key discipline as center

Abstract: The interactive development of undergraduate and graduate education have many advantages on enhancing the utilization rate of teaching resources and the quality of talent cultivating. In this paper, the measures of promoting on interactive development of undergraduate and graduate education were introduced. (1) Depending on the key discipline, building the same platform of interactive development on undergraduate and graduate education. (2)Building concentric circles education model promote on interactive development of undergraduate and graduate education. (3) The measures of building the 4-grade management model of university, college, discipline and tutor, Opening laboratory, teaching assistant by graduate and choosing tutor for undergraduate were the assurance to interactive development of undergraduate and graduate education. By practice, the mode obtained ess on talent cultivating.
