摘要
随着“一带一路”伟大倡议的提出,“中蒙俄经济走廊”的建设也逐渐提上日程。不少学者们将目光放在中蒙俄三国贸易的发展上面,利用潜力效率分析等经济学手段建立数学模型对三国的贸易发展现状和前景进行分析以及预判。本文将探究在“一带一路”的背景下,中蒙俄的贸易现状如何、将会有何进一步的发展。文章在前人研究的基础上,主要运用文献资料法、描述性研究法、定性定量等研究方法对中蒙俄贸易的发展情况进行分析,主要从中蒙俄贸易现状、中蒙俄贸易存在的问题、影响三国贸易发展的有利和不利因素、三国贸易发展的前景和提升三国贸易的对策建议五个方面进行系统的描述分析。经分析论证,中蒙俄三国贸易正处于波动发展时期,三国存在贸易的可能性,贸易发展潜力巨大。随着“一带一路”的深入实践,中蒙俄三国的贸易将会进一步发展,有望突破原有的贸易框架,取得突破性进展。

Abstract
As the great initiative “The Belt and Road Initiative” proposed by the President Xi, “Sino Mongolian and Russian Economic Corridor Project” has been more and more important. Quantities of scholars pay more attention to the development of Sino Mongolian and Russian trade, applying the potential efficiency analysis and other economic methods establish mathematical model to analyze and predict the current situation and future prospects. This paper will explore the current situation and future prospect of Sino Mongolian and Russian trade under the “The Belt and Road Initiative” initiative. The paper uses documentation method, descriptive study method and qualitative research method to analyze the situation and development of the trade among the three countries. It will unfold from the following five aspects, the current situation of trade among the three countries, the problems of the trade, the influential factors of the development of trade of the three countries, the prospect of the trade development and the suggestion to the improvement of trade among the three countries. After the analysis, it can be concluded that there are strong possibilities and potentials
