摘要
脑梗塞是临床常见病和多发病之一,其发病后致残率高、死亡率高,是造***类死亡的重要原因[1]。临床上最常见的类型有脑血栓形成和脑栓塞。根据不同的病因和临床症状,有不同的治疗方法。,西医的治疗方案为溶栓、脱水、降压、降低帆液黏度与血小板聚集程度、改善血液高凝状态、改善脑循环、保护脑细胞等。目前认为中西医结合是治疗脑梗塞最好的方法。

ABSTRACT
The cerebral infarction is one of the mon disease and frequently-occurring diseases .After its morbidity, the crippling rate and the mortality rate are high which creates the substantial clause of the humanity death .The mon clinical types are cerebral thrombosis and cerebral embolism .Depending on different etiology and clinical symptoms; there are different approaches to treatment. Chinese medicine believes that the disease located in the brain. At present, the Western medicine treatment options are thrombolytic , dehydration , buck , viscosity reducing sail and the degree of platelet aggregation , improving hypercoagulability , improving cerebral circulation , protecting brain cells, etc. Integrative Medicine is currently considered the best way to treat cerebral infarction.

一前言
脑梗塞(cerebral infarction)是指局部脑组织由于缺血而发生的坏死所致的脑软化。引起脑梗死的主要原因是,供应脑部血液的颅外或颅内动脉中发生闭塞性病变而未能获得及时、充分的侧支循环,使局部脑组织的代谢需要与可能得到的血液供应之间发生超过一定限度的供不应求现象所致[2]。临床上最常见的类型有脑血栓形成和脑栓塞。根据我国六城市调查,脑梗死的年发病率为93/10万,患病率为459/10万。脑梗死具有急性起病,缓慢恢复的病程特征,其病理分期各有特点,治疗也不同。
