IEC 61850 标准是目前变电站通信网络和系统中最新的国际标准,未来 IEC 61850 标准的应用范围将进一步扩大,不仅包括变电站内的继电保护和自动化、电能质量、高压技术状态监测,还将延伸至风力发电、水电站、电动汽车、配电自动化、电池储能等领域。本文综述了 IEC 61850 通信协议的国内外的研究现状,对基于 IEC 61850 的通信模块做了详细的分析。首先,从理论上介绍了 IEC 61850 协议体系的特点、面向对象的建模技术,深入研究了 MMS 协议的对象和服务与 IEC 61850 标准之间的映射关系。其次,本文完成了基于 IEC 61850 标准的通信模块的设计及实现,讲述了嵌入式 Linux 开发环境的建立以及交叉编译环境建立的主要过程,着重讲述了 U-boot 的启动模式、启动流程和移植过程等 Linux 操作系统的移植知识。至于在硬件系统方面,本文使用了 ARM11 开发板(S3C6410 是微处理器的核心),将它作为 IEC 61850 通信模块的核心硬件电路,同时还介绍了关于逻辑控制器的扩展、系统外设接口电路的实现原理、嵌入式以太网通讯模块的设计及实现等重要内容。最后,将设计的 IEC 61850 通信模块应用到线路保护装置,深入研究了 IEC 61850 通信模块的硬件配置、信息建模方法、IEC 103 规约的读取和解析,通过 IEDScout 测试软件对互操作性进行测试,结果符合要求,成功地实现了传统规约与 IEC 61850 标准之间的相互转换。

At present, IEC 61850 is the latest national standard work and system in the substations. IEC 61850 standard will extend further in the future. It includes relay protection, automation, power quality, high technology condition monitoring in the substations, and will be extended to all areas, such as wind power, hydropower, electric vehicles, distribution automation, energy storage
