模糊自校正 PID 液位串级控制系统设计与仿真

摘要针对双容水箱液位控制问题,探讨了模糊控制理论在液位控制系统中的应用,提出了基于模糊
自校正 PID 的串级液位控制方案,设计了一种模糊自校正 PID 控制器,并在此基础上对该双容水箱液位
在 3 种不同控制方案,即单回路 PID 控制、串级控制以及基于模糊自校正 PID 的串级控制下的控制效果
进行了 Simulink 仿真研究。结果表明,相对于常规单回路 PID 以及常规串级控制,基于模糊自校正 PID
的串级控制系统在超调量、调节时间、抗干扰等方面有更好的控制品质。

Design and Simulation of Liquid Level Cascade
Control System Based on Fuzzy Self-Tuning PID

Abstract Aiming at the liquid level control of double water-tank,this paper discussed the application of fuzzy control
theory in liquid level control system. A cascade control method based on fuzzy self-tuning PID controller was proposed.
The design method of this fuzzy self-tuning PID controller was put forward. The fuzzy self-tuning PID controller was de-
signed and three kinds of control methods,the single loop PID control system,the cascade control system and the cas-
cade control system based on fuzzy self-tuning PID were simulated with Simulink. The analysis and simulation results in-
