摘要:本试验以发草种子为实验材料,研究了用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)、生长素(IAA)以及烯效唑(S-3307)浸种对发草种子萌发和幼苗素质的影响。结果表明:赤霉素和生长素浸种处理对发草种子的萌发和幼苗素质均有明显的促进作用。此外综合分析不同处理对发草幼苗相关的形态指标和生理指标的影响之后,发现50mg/L的赤霉素(GA3)处理对发草种子萌发和幼苗素质的促进最为明显。

Abstract:In this study, Using Deschampsia seeds as the experimental material,the effects of different concentrations of gibberellin (GA3), auxin (IAA) and uniconazole (S-3307) treatment on the seed germination of Deschampsia and the quality of seedling were studied. The results showed that: Gibberellin and auxin seed soaking treatment were significantly roles in promoting the seed germination and the quality of seedlings of Deschampsia seeds Besides,after making prehensive analysis of the influence of different treatments on the Physiological and morphological indicators related to Deschampsia seedling.,we found that the 50mg / L of the gibberellin (GA3) treatment has the most impact in promoting the seed germination and the quality of seedlings of Deschampsia seeds
