摘要
本设计为武汉市某水务办公楼中央空调设计该办公楼占地面积为153333建筑面积约为3408768空调面积为约1225038本办公楼总冷负荷107365冷指标为130热负荷为178747热指标为20根据该建筑物的功能要求和使用特点分析比较了各种空调方式确定该建筑物空调系统为风机盘管加独立新风系统和全空气系统主要设计内容包括空调冷热负荷的计算送风量和新风量的确定空调系统的划分空调方式的选择空调末端处理设备的选型冷热源的选择风系统的设计与计算风管系统的设计室内送风方式与气流组织形式的确定水系统的设计与水力计算冷热源的确定管道的保温设计防排烟的设计消声防振设计等本文所设计的中央空调系统既能满足热舒适性要求又最大程度地考虑了建筑节能的需要

Abstract
