富源小区住宅楼设计
摘要:本次毕业设计的课题为富源小区住宅楼设计,地点位于日照市城郊。该住宅楼为六层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,抗震设防烈度为7度,,包括四个单元,每单元两户。设计内容包括三部分:建筑设计、结构设计和施工组织设计
在建筑设计中,房间布局是很重要的一点,在我的设计中,每层楼包括客厅、卧室、厨房、卫生间、阳台,为人们的生活提供最大可能的方便。结构设计,框架结构设计主要包括:结构选型,结构布置和结构计算,通过这些设计使整个建筑物满足安全性、耐久性、适用性的要求。施工组织设计作为主导施工的依据,编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工场地的有效利用、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施确保工程顺利进行。

The Design of the Fuyuan Residental Building

Abstract:The subjct title is the design of the FuYuan residential building ,which is in RiZhao. The building is cast-in-situ concrete frame structure,and the seismic fortification intensity is seven. It has six-stories . The area of the building is square meters. ,which involves four unit ,and each unit has two different tenements .The design involves architecture design ,structure design and construction design.
An important point in achitectural is the layout of rooms,and each flour consisted of bedrooms,living-room,kitchent,bathroom,toilet and balcony in my design,which provided the greatest possible convenience for peoples’requirement. Structure design included type selection,structure layout, structure calculation, etc. Through the structural design of the building, the requirements of soundness, endurance and applicability have got guarantee. Construction of the lead as the basis for the preparation of the target period of time, the quality of engineering, project management Architectural design considers residential characteristic, body set up anizations, the effective use of the construction site, plans to control the progress of construction, mechanical equipment and material flow with the main part of the sub-project construction methods, to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
