摘要
本计算书是针对湖北工业大学商贸学院土木工程专业2004级毕业设计——“某中学教学楼设计”的书面成果。本教学楼为七层钢筋混凝土框架结构。平面呈矩形,,,。结构为三级抗震框架,7度设防,二类场地土,不考虑地下水影响,地面粗糙度B类。
在“建筑设计”部分中,主要针对设计初期的几个建筑方案从各个方面对它们进行比较,并确定最终方案。接下来,针对最终建筑方案,确定了其具体建筑构造、做法与材料。
在“结构设计”部分中,首先确定第④轴横向框架为本次手算的任务,明确其计算简图与各个计算参数;然后根据建筑做法确定其所受荷载,计算梁、柱、板与基础的内力;最后分别进行各构件的配筋计算。
在“结构设计”手算后,进行了“PKPM”电算,以保证计算成果的可靠性。并达到同手算成果对比、分析的目的。
根据任务书和实际操作性要求,结构采用柱下独立基础,中柱采用联合基础。

Abstract
The calculation report is written for the whose name is “Teaching Building in XX city”. The building is reinforcement concrete structure with seven stories of main part. Its ichnography is “L”. The length of the building is , the width is and the height is .
In the process of “Architecture Design”, I mainly made partment about some aspect. Finally, I choose the one of them as the final scheme. After that, I determine the detailed conformation and the material of the building.
In the process of “Structure Design”, firstly, I determined to calculate the “4th axes frame” by hand and determined the sketch and the parameters of the frame. Secondly, I determined the loads on the frame and calculated the internal forces of the beams, the planes, the columns and the foundations. Lastly, how much reinforcement is necessary can be determined.
In the process of the graduation design, I made use of puter program named “PKPM” to auditing and analysis my result which was calculated by hand.
Bases on the requirement of the design task, the basement under Edge columns are design to be an Independent foundation under column, and the basement under mid-columns are design to be a joint foundation.
