Measures for the administration of lease modity houses
The first is to strengthen the management modity house leases, standardize modity housing rental, maintenance housing lease legitimate rights and interests of the parties, according to the "People's Republic of China City real estate management law" and other relevant laws and regulations, the enactment of this approach.
These Measures shall apply to the lease modity houses on
the state-owned land within the second urban planning zones (hereinafter referred to as the lease of houses) and their supervision and administration.
The lease of the third houses shall follow the principle of equality, voluntariness, legality and good faith.
