Class management is the core subsystem of school management system. The quality of class management will have an impact on the quality of school management system, and it will directly impact the healthy and overall development of students. To deal with the issue of class management, the author has adopted questionnaires to make a survey among students from four middles schools in Dezhou City. The goal of the survey is to make clear the present situation of class management and find out how to make class management better meet the law of education and make optimization of class management. According to the survey, there are some problems with the present class management in middle schools. For example, the role of the head-teacher has been urately defined, the education concepts of the head-teacher fall behind, the class management is lack of cooperation mechanism, the examination-oriented education is still going on, and the single method for student evaluation is adopted, and so on. All the above issues have led to problems with the class management in middle schools, including casual and simple way of management, obsolete mode of management, single content of management, unenlightening class management, subjective evaluation of students, etc. All these problems are harmful to the healthy development of students, which is against the quality education.
e to the conclusion that the following aspects should be paid attention to in order to effectively solve the problems with class management and realize scientific and optimal class management. Firstly, the scientific mode of class management should be established. The students should be treated according to the institution and led by the goals. The management should also pay attention to the personal development of each student as well as their physical and psychological characteristics.
