摘要
本次调查围绕着普宁职校学生对食堂的意见为线索,而展开的市场调查。该调查问卷是针对食堂饭菜的质量、份量、卫生、营养等方面进行一系列的调查,为其目的是为了更加了解同学们在校就餐的看法以及对食堂的建议。
引言
随着经济的发展,人们对生活水平要求越来越高。也越来越注重食品的安全卫生及营养等方面的问题,然而为了了解t同学们在校就餐的需求,我们市场营销(1)第四调查小组于2012年6月19日对普宁职校北校区进行抽样调查。
对食堂的总体感觉
由下图可得出:65%的同学不满意,33%的同学对食堂感觉一般,只有2%的同学感觉满意。那么我们可以看出,食堂的总体满意度偏低,所以说明食堂需要改革。
食堂的就餐环境
由图表可以看出:58%的同学认为食堂不干净,只有42%的同学认为食堂干净。这点可以体现出食堂的就餐环境还是比较不好的。

食堂的菜式如何
由图表可以看出:有80%的同学对食堂的菜式表示不满意,只有20%的同学对食堂的菜式表示满意。从而体现出食堂的菜式很不受同学们的欢迎。
食堂饭菜的味道
图标看出:有60%以上的同学明确表示饭菜不好吃。体现出了食堂的弱点。
