摘要
本次设计是对大学四年来所学的知识的进行一次系统的复习和总结,以检验四年来对专业知识的掌握程度,能进一步提高和系统化所学知识,同时对设计的步骤和方法有一定的了解,对今后的工作和学习有很大的帮助。本次设计的工程为某建筑设计院办公楼,六层钢筋混凝土框架结构,建筑面积3402。,。,宽15m, 。为三级抗震框架,7度抗震设防,二类一组场地。
本次设计包括建筑的初步设计和结构设计,结构设计仅仅选择具有代表性的一榀横向框架进行设计。本次设计由于时间和知识有限,仅进行一些主要构件的设计,对于一些高难度的构件暂时不进行设计。

ABSTRACT
This design can help us to review and summarize the knowledge that we have learned
and checkout the amount of the specialty knowledge we have masted In the past four years.
It can improve and system our learned the same time,we will know a little
Process and method of will be helpful to our work and study in the
project is builded for a architecture institute and will be used as a office building. The building is reinforcement concrete frame structure with seven `s construction area is
3402 square meter. The height of the building`first floor is meter and the other floor`s are
meter. The length of the building is , the width is 15meter and the height is .
Thi s design includes “Architecture Design ”and “Structure Design”.In the process
Of “Structure Design”,we choose a representative frame to the same time ,I choose
a stair to of my limited time and knowledge,I only choose some important
members to don`t design some difficult members at the moment.

1 绪论
作为对大学四年中所学知识的一次总的考核,毕业设计是非常重要的一个环节。它是对学生综合运用所学理论和专业知识处理模拟实际工程的一次具有实战性质的训练。通过毕业设计的实践环节,进一步掌握和巩固所学基础理论和专业知识,并运用这些知识,全面综合的解决建筑工设中遇到的各方面问题,以达到掌握结构设计全过程的能力和初步掌握建筑设计的能力。
通过三个多月的独立设计,我认识到毕业设计的目的:
。通过毕业设计,对已经学过的基础知识如数学,结构力学,计算机等和专业知识如钢结构,混凝土结构设计原理,混凝土结构设计,建筑抗震,土木工程施工,房屋建筑学等有了进一步巩固、加深和拓展。
