局部热源作用下多孔旋转盘换热数值研究

摘要:本文用FLUENT软件针对局部热源作用下填充多孔介质的旋转盘换热现象开展了数值模拟,分析了转速、固体材料以及孔隙率等参数对转盘表面换热的影响。计算结果表明,转盘的转速越大,盘面的温度越低,温度分布越均匀;采用导热性能好、孔隙率小的固体骨架可以有效减小圆盘的表面温差,增强圆盘腔体内多孔介质的强化换热效果。

Numerical Simulation on Heat Transfer in Rotating Disk Filled with Porous Medium Subjected to Local Heat Flux

Abstract: Numerical simulations through FLUENT software are carried out in this paper to investigate the heat transfer phenomenon in a rotating disk filled with porous medium subjected to a local heat flux. The influences of different rotating speeds, solid materials and porosities on heat transfer of the rotating disk are taken into account. Results show that the surface of the disk can achieve smaller temperature difference with higher rotating speed of the disk, better heat transfer effect of the solid medium and lower porosity of porous medium so that porous medium filled in the disk also can achieve better effect of heat transfer enhancement.
