《毕业设计(论文)工作暂行规定》,学生必须撰写毕业设计(论文)文献综述。文献综述作为毕业设计(论文)答辩委员会对学生答辩资格审查的依据材料之一。
,由学生在毕业设计(论文)工作前期内完成,由指导教师签署意见并经所在专业教研室审查。
,文字表达要明确、严谨,语言通顺,外来语要同时用原文和中文表达。第一次出现缩写词,须注出全称。
,阅读的主要参考文献应在10篇以上(土建类专业文献篇数可酌减),其中外文资料应占一定比例。本学科的基础和专业课教材一般不应列为参考资料。
(论文)撰写规范的要求,字数在2000字左右。文献综述应与开题报告同时提交。
毕业设计(论文)文献综述
摘要
公司人事管理是企业管理中的一个重要内容,随着时代的进步,企业也逐渐变得庞大起来。如何管理好企业内部员工的信息,已经成为公司管理中的一个大问题。在这种情况下,开发一个公司人事管理系统就显得非常必要。
本公司人事管理系统具有如下功能:员工基本信息的添加、修改、查询、删除模块,员工考勤、工资信息和员工基本信息的添加、修改、查询、删除模块,以及系统动态更新功能。为公司人事管理提供信息咨询,信息检索,信息存取等服务,基本上能够满足现代企业对人事管理的需要。
本系统以ASP(Active Server Page动态服务器页面)为开发工具,后台数据库选择Microsoft SQL(Structured Query Language结构化查询语言) Server 2005,操作系统为Windows XP。

Abstract
The management of business enterprise employee is an important part in the management of enterprise. With the development of society, business enterprise es larger and larger. How to deal with the information of the employee has e a serious problem for enterprise management. Under this condition, it is necessary to develop a management system of business enterprise employee.
This system includes the following functions: input 、modification 、inquiry and deleting modules for employee’s basic information, input 、modification 、inquiry and deleting modules for employee’s transferring information and the maintaining of the system. At the same time, it can provide service of information consulting information index, and information access. It can meet the needs of employee management in the modern enterprise.
This system is designed for windows XP Professional, the develop language is ASP(Active Server Page), and the database management system is Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Operating system Windows XP.
