摘要:企业日常财务控制水平的高低对于企业的良性发展有着重要影响。在企业日常资金管理中,营运资金占企业资金的比重很大,同时营运资金也是企业资金组成中流动性最大、周转性最强和变化最快的部分,因此,营运资金管理管理水平的高低很大程度上决定着企业的生存很发展。我国对于营运资金管理的研究起步较晚,企业对于营运资金管理也缺乏应有的重视,在营运资金管理上存在着营运资金低效运营、营运资金管理弱化等问题。本文主要是对我国企业营运资金管理方面的研究,一方面,本文根据国内外在企业营运资金管理方面的现就情况,详细论述企业营运资金管理方面的内容;另一方面,本文深入的剖析现今我国企业在营运资金管理方面主要存在的问题及不足,并据此制定相应的完善和改进策略,结合海尔集团在营运资金管理方面的实践与创新情况,以期更好的完善我国相关企业的营运资金管理,提高营运资金的管理水平,进而有效的促进相关企业的发展。
