中医体质三论

摘要:体质是人类生命的重要表现形式,自古希腊医学家希波克拉底和我国秦汉时期《黄帝内经》
以来的医家一直重视研究人的体质,但两千多年来,中医体质一直未能形成专门的学术体系。通过
3 多年的研究和实践,我们提出“体质可分论”“体病相关论”“体质可调论”三个关键科学问题,成为
体质研究的总体框架。其中,人体生命过程中,受时空、遗传、饮食结构与心理等多因素影响,形成
人群中存在个体差异,是体质可分论的基础;不同体质类型与疾病发生有其内在联系,并影响着证
候的类型与演变,是体病相关论的基础;基于体质偏颇状态及动态可变性特征,从体质入手,调节人
体整体机能,从而使其恢复健康,是体质可调论的基础。

Abstract: The constitution is an importantmanifestation of the human life. H ippocrates, an ancient Greek
physician, and Huangdi N eijing in the Q in and Han Dynasty of ancient China had paid attention to the
study of the human constitution, but the TCM constitutional study has not formed a special academ ic
system for more than 2000 years. Here three key scientific p roblem s are raised on the base of researches
and p ractices for many years including“theory on constitution being separable”, “theory on relationship
between constitution and disease”and “theory on constitution being recuperable”, and they form a
general framework of constitutional studies. In human life p rocess the
