国内生产总值(Gross Domestic Product,简称GDP)是指在一定时期内(一个季度或一年),一个国家或地区的经济中所生产出的全部最终产品和劳务的价值,常被公认为衡量国家经济状况的最佳指标。它不但可反映一个国家的经济表现,更可以反映一国的国力与财富。

消费者物价指数(CPI,Consumer Price Index)是世界各国普遍编制的一种指数,它可以用于分析市场价格的基本动态,是政府制定物价政策和工资政策的重要依据。
通货膨胀(Inflation)指在纸币流通条件下,因货币供给大于货币实际需求,也即现实购买力大于产出供给,导致货币贬值,而引起的一段时间内物价持续而普遍地上涨现象。其实质是社会总需求大于社会总供给(供远小于求)。纸币、含金量低的铸币、信用货币,过度发行都会导致通胀。

The GDP numbers are reported in two forms: current dollar and constant dollar. Current dollar GDP is calculated using today‘s dollars and parisons between time periods difficult because of the effects of inflation. Constant dollar GDP solves this problem by converting the current information into some standard era dollar, such as 1997 dollars. This process factors out the effects of inflation and allows parisons between periods. It is important to differentiate Gross Domestic Product from Gross National Product (GNP). GDP includes only goods and services produced within the geographic boundaries of the ., regardless of the producer’s nationality. GNP doesn‘t inc
