摘要
本文是一篇整体营销方案,以增加北京动力源2004年7月——12月在辽宁市场的销售量为最终目标。介绍了北京动力源企业的概况,对企业的整体营销环境进行了分析。其中包括企业的外部环境分析、企业内部环境分析。根据上述分析的结论,设计了明确、具体的整体营销方案。整体营销方案是此篇论文的重点,包括对整体营销的概述、对企业整体营销方案的制定。最后,对整个方案做了预算。
整体营销是一种完整的企业营销方案,它贯穿了企业经营的各个方面,能够快速增加销售量的方法。由于通信电源产品逐步走向同质化,竞争加剧,每个企业都精心地企业制定营销方案,力图快而多的增加企业的市场份额。因此,北京动力源为辽宁地区2004年7月——12月制定了一套完整的整体营销方案,已达到增加销售量的效果。
