[摘要] 我国企业重组迫切需要实行归核化战略。在分析归核化战略的兴起与发展基础上, 结合归核化
战略的时机与途径, 以万科集团的归核化战略为例, 归核化战略基本途径对我国企业重组提出业务剥离、业务
分离、业务切离、业务扩张和资源扩张的五点启示。
