Introduction
People are always interested in western culture, since China have convinced the policy of open the door to the other country in the world in 1978, when China was charged by chairman Deng Xiaoping, which inspired millions of Chinese to go to abroad with many purposes. But in order to getting adapt to life abroad, they have to make many preparations before they went abroad, especially food.
As a verb going “Food is mother of human being”, this stressed the importance of food to being. And once there is a saying that “Food is well-deserved for human life “, so food is an indispensable condition and development of human beings. There are two desires in life: one is feasting them to survive; and another is the lust of men and woman, which can help the mankind to carry on the family line. Faced with the two desires, China pays more attention to the former, while the western tends to the latter. Such phenomenon affects the culture trend.
