在当前的知识经济时代,所有的组织都在关注一个课题,那就是如何拥有和保持一支富有创造精神的员工队伍。而知识型员工,因为他们拥有知识,掌握技能,大多在组织中占据着重要的甚至核心工作岗位,他们对自身有着非常高的期望,对组织也有更高的要求,稍有不满,则流动性很强。因此,如何吸引和留住识型员工成为很多企业发展过程必须面对的问题,本文针对冠通公司知识型员工人才流失现象严重,工作积极性不高等激励方面存在的问题,进行深入分析。在分析了冠通公司激励现状及存在问题,提出了冠通公司激励机制构建的原则与思路。并从动力体系、绩效评价体系、组织结构体系、企业文化建设的导向体系四个方面为冠通公司知识型员工激励方式提出激励的构想和改进建议。

Abstract
In the current era of knowledge economy, anizations are concerned about a problem. That is how to keep a creative team. And because knowledge workers have the knowledge, skills, they mostly play an important even key role in anization and they have a very high expectation anization, also have higher requirements on their own. They have very strong liquidity when slightly unhappy. Therefore, how to attract and retain knowledge workers es the problem that many enterprises must face. This paper analyzes the knowledge employees’ serious brain drain phenomenon and low working enthusiasm of Crown Corporation in-depth. On the analysis of the incentive situation and problems, we put forward the Crown Corporation incentive mechanism construction principles and train of thought. And put forward incentive ideas and suggestions for improvement from four aspects: the dynamic system, performance evaluation system, organizational structure, corporate culture construction for pany.
