摘要
本文详细介绍了公寓类建筑的发展现状,并以平衡建筑为主要设计理念完整介绍了红旗华亿红府公寓俱乐部建筑方案设计,论文首先简要介绍了项目概况及设计理念,并陈述方案设计的背景。然后通过在设计过程中的思考,各个功能房间细节分析,问题的处理,指出现代公寓作为一种新型的经营模式对建筑设计的影响并给建筑空间构成带来的启发。通过对酒店的实例分析,提出各种住宿空间、休闲空间给建筑带来的改变。

Abstract:
