保密条款
party of this contract (“Discloser”) may, subject to this contract, provides such information to the other party(“Recipient”), including but not limited to technological information, business information, documents, programs, plans, technology, graphs, models, parameters, data, standards, exclusive technology, business or running business methods and some other exclusive information, the clauses of this contract or some other business information and technological information which is related to this contract (collectively called “confidential information” hereinafter ). All the confidential information could only be used by recipient for the purpose of this contract. Unless otherwise provided hereto, without Discloser’s written agreement, Recipient and its staff who have the chance to approach the confidential information have no right to provide or disclose confidential information to any other third party in any way, directly or indirectly. In this article, the third party refers to natural person, enterprise or subsidiaries, deputy, organizations or other entities.
