摘要
随着计算机技术的飞速发展,计算机在企业管理中应用的普及,利用计算机实现企业人事管理势在必行。对于大中型企业来说,利用计算机支持企业高效率完成劳动人事管理的日常事务,是适应现代企业制度要求、推动企业劳动人事管理走向科学化、规范化的必要条件;计算机管理所无法比拟的优点检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高人事管理的效率,也是企业的科学化、正规化管理,与世界接轨的重要条件。不同的企业具有不同的人事管理制度,这就决定了不同的企业需要不同的人事管理系统。
经过以上分析,我使用Visual Studio2005作为界面和功能开发工具和SQL Sever 2005作为后台数据库,利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具进行界面和数据库开发。软件过程结合了快速原型模型与增量模型的优点:首先在短时间内建立系统应用原型,然后,对初始原型系统进行需求迭代,不断修正和改进,直到形成可行系统。

Abstract
With the rapid development puter technology, computer application in the popular business management, personnel management of enterprises puters is imperative. For medium and large businesses, enterprises and efficient use puter support plete the daily affairs of Personnel Management, is a modern enterprise system, encourage enterprises to labor and personnel management more scientific, standardized conditions necessary; computer management can not match the advantages of search quickly find convenient, high reliability, large memory capacity, confidentiality, long life and low cost. These advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of personnel management and also corporate scientific and standardized management, an important condition for integration with the world. panies have different personnel management system, which determines the panies need different personnel management system.
Through the above analysis, I used Visual Studio2005 as the interface and features development tools and SQL Sever 2005 database as a background, the use of its various development tools for object-oriented interface and database development. Rapid prototyping software process bines the advantages of incremental model: First prototype application system in a short time, then, the initial prototype of the system needs to constantly revise and improve until the formation of a viable system.
