摘要
在中压电网中,单相接地故障占总故障的80%以上,对单相接地危害的治理非常重要。在各种治理方式中,通过利用微机选线加上自动跟踪补偿的消弧线圈,在供电可靠性、人身安全、设备安全和通信干扰等方面良好运行特性的基础上,克服了早先谐振接地需人工调谐等缺点,成为比较理想的中性点接地方式。
谐振接地系统属于小电流接地系统,目前在这类系统中采用的接地选线原理可分为利用零序分量的选线技术和不利用零序分量的选线技术两大类。由于接地故障复杂多变,目前还未有一种理想的接地选线装置能够有效地适用于所有的实际接地故障的选线。
本文首先分析了小电流接地系统单相接地过程的暂态过程,重点分析了经消弧线圈接地方式的情况。在此理论基础上,对现有选线技术和原理进行逐一分析,最后着重介绍本公司接地选线装置所采用的选线原理及实际现场应用情况。

Abstract
In medium works, more than 80% of the faults happened are single phase to earth faults, thus the importance to deal with this kind of fault type is obvious. Among all the treatments, using pensated neutral with an automatic tracing pensating arc-suppression coil aided by a set of faulty feeder location system has e a promising protection method, for it has many advantages in such aspects: reliability of power supply, human safety, equipment safety munication system interference, etc.
Compensated neutral system belongs to the group of small current neutral grounding system. The basic theory used to perform faulty feeder location in works nowadays can be summarized as two categories: the line selection technology of using zero ponent and the line selection technology of not using zero ponent. Due to the variety plexity of the practical faults happened in reality, a perfect location strategy that meets all kinds of circumstances is not yet discovered.
