南京世茂外滩新城6号楼项目施工规划
摘要
施工规划是对施工活动实行科学管理的重要手段,它具有战略部署和战术安排的双重作用。它针对工程自身特点和工地具体情况,并根据工程建设的基本规律、施工工艺规律和科学的管理方法,充分利用人力、材料、机械、资金等生产要素,以便取得良好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。
本施工规划针对南京世贸外滩新城6#项目。主要内容包括工程概况、编制依据、施工进度规划、施工质量规划、施工成本规划、施工安全规划、现场平面规划、各分部分项工程施工方案等。施工部署需要确定工程主要目标,选择合理的组织机构以及流水施工组织方案。施工进度计划需要将工程进行WBS分解,编制控制性进度计划和实施性进度计划,明确主要时间节点。施工成本规划需要合理安排各种资源的数量、进场时间及需用动态。施工质量规划需要根据质量目标,设置质量控制点,明确质量控制体系,采取必要的质量控制措施。安全文明规划需要识别危险源,构建安全文明管理体系,结合一定的技术措施,对危险源进行全过程控制。现场临时设施规划对设施的平面布置进行合理的规划,计算临时用水用电量。施工方案需要编制施工方案,包括施工方法、工艺流程、施工机械、施工措施。

The Construction planning of NanJing ShiMao More Joy 6# Project
Abstract
The construction planning is an important means of scientific management during the construction activities. It has the dual role of both strategic plan and tactics arrangement. Based on the engineering characteristics and sites’ specific situations, and according to the basic law of the construction, construction process rules and scientific management methods, it makes full use of labor, materials, machinery, capital and other factors of production to obtain good economic benefits ,social benefits and environmental benefits .
This construction planning is aimed at the project of nanjing shimao more main contents include project summary, compilation basis, construction deployment, construction schedule planning, construction resources planning, construction safety and civilization planning, construction plane planning ,construction technical planning and so on. Construction deployment needs to determine the main targets of project and to choose anizations and the plan of construction streamline method. Construction schedule planning needs to break the project down according to WBS, compile controlling and implemental schedule and determine the major time nodes. Construction resources planning needs to make reasonable arrangement about the quantity,
