1、提交的文件、证件应当使用A4纸。1. The documents and certificates submitted should be made with A4-size papers.
2、应当使用钢笔、毛笔或签字笔工整地填写表格或签字。2. The form or signature must be filled with clear handwriting, using a pen, writing brush or sign pen.
3、企业申请迁入除需填制本申请书外,还应提交:营业执照复印件(加盖企业印章);需审批机关审批的,还应提交批文的复印件(加盖企业印章)。3.
