摘要
变速器是汽车传动系统中至关重要的部分,它设计的直接影响到汽车的经济性、动力性和驾乘舒适性等。本文阐述了汽车的设计和验证的主传动的设计和计算过程,可分为两个部分。
本设计介绍汽车手动变速器的作用和要求,同时还说明了变速器各种传动结构方案的对比。设计说明主要参数的确定方法,齿轮计算和校核,轴上尺寸确定和校核,对同步器的选择方法。同时,分析和设计了相应的机构,最后画出变速器的图纸。

ABSTRACT
Transmission is a vital part of the automobile transmission, which directly affect the design of the car's economy, power and fort, etc. This paper describes the design and calculation of automotive design and verification of the main drive can be divided into two parts.
This design describes the role and requirements of the automotive manual transmission, but also shows parison of various transmission structure transmission scheme. Design description method for determining the main parameters, calculate and check gear, shaft size determination and verification of the synchronizer selection method. Meanwhile, the analysis and design of the appropriate agencies, and finally draw the transmission of drawings.

1前言
在我国,汽车工业起步较晚。入世后,对我国的汽车工业及机遇,也是挑战。随着我国汽车工业的不断壮大,以及汽车行业快速的发展,如何设计出既经济实惠,又性能优良,并且符合我国情的汽车已经成为至关重要的问题了。
当前世界上的变速器手动变速器(MT)既经济性好而且娱乐性强同时节能效果好,但驾驶者技术要求高;自动变速器(AT)节能较差,但驾驶操作简单和较舒适;手自一体变速器(AMT)有手动变速器(MT)和自动变速器(AT)的所有优点,不足之处是是换挡时会短暂的中断,导致舒适性较差;无级变速器
