摘要:作为中央部署全面深化改革的重大举措之一,国家关于招生考试制度的改革意见于4日正式发布,这也是恢复高考以来最为全面和系统的一次考试招生制度改革。此次改革存在多处亮点,在促进教育公平、对学生的全面考察以及提高学生的自主性等方面具有积极的意义,同时也存在很多问题,需要我们在实践中不断改进,从而促进我国高考制度改革与发展。

A Brief Analysis of the New Reform of College Entrance Examination System
Abstract: As one of the major intiatives of the prehensive reform,the view of the state on the enrollment system officially released on September 4th. This is the prehensive and systematic reform of examination and enrollment system since the resumption of college entrance are many bright points in the has positive significance to promote the education equality,have prehensive study of the students ,and improve the students’ autonomy .It also has many problems,we need to continue to improve in practice,so as to promote the reform of China’s college entrance examination system and development.

近日,国务院《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》(以下简称《意见》)出台,新一轮的考试招生制度改革全面启动,引起了广泛的关注。这次改革的主要目的是探索招生录取与高中学习相关联的办法,更好的推进素质教育,增加学生的选择性,分散考试压力,促进学生全面而又个性的发展。当然,我们要在全面了解《意见》的内容上,辩证地看待这次考试招生制度改革。对于能够切实解决教育公平问题,缓解学生压力,破解“一考定终身”制度的措施,我们要加以推广;而那些还存在异议的措施,值得我们进一步地思考与实践,不断改进考试招生制度的改革,促进我国高考制度的完善与发展。
一、高考制度改革的要点
此次改革的重点主要涉及以下几个方面:
1、在考试科目设置及成绩统计上,高考成绩由统一高考的语文、数学、外语3个科目,以及高中学业水平考试3个科目成绩组成;高中语文、数学、外语科目不变、分值不变,不分文理科,外语科目提供两次考试机会
