【目的探索川芎嗪(TMP)对大鼠移植肝的保护功能。方法参照Delriviere和Kamada等方法建立大鼠肝移植模型,将大鼠随机分为3组:A组(假手术组)、B组(肝移植对照组)和C组(TMP干预组)。采用全自动生化分析仪检测术后血清肝功能(AST、ALT、LDH)水平;应用免疫组化SP法结合病理图像分析仪测定肝组织中Bcl-2、Bax的表达情况;HE染色观察其病理形态学变化。结果(1)C组AST、ALT、LDH明显低于B组(P<)。(2)C组Bcl-2或Bcl-2/Bax表达明显高于B组(P<),而Bax表达无明显变化(P>)。(3)A组无明显病理形态改变,B组术后肝组织出现明显的病理损害,C组病理变化明显减轻。结论 TMP可能通过上调Bcl-2或Bcl-2/Bax表达而减轻肝移植体的低温保存再灌注损伤,对供肝有保护功能。
