【摘要】目的观察玉屏脱敏煎治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法 100 例过敏性鼻炎患者, 随机分为对照组和治疗组, 每组 50 例。对照组采用***雷他定片治疗, 治疗组采用玉屏脱敏煎治疗, 比较两组治疗2个疗程的临床疗效及治疗前后鼻症状总分表(TNSS)评分。结果治疗1个疗程后, 两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>);治疗第2个疗程后, 治疗组临床控制5例, 显效20例, 有效22例, 无效3例, 总有效率为94%;对照组临床控制3例, 显效13例, 有效22例, 无效12例, 总有效率为76%;治疗组总有效率高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P中国论文网/6/view-

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuping Tuomin decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods A total of 100 allergic rhinitis patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with loratadine tablets, and the treatment group was treated with Yuping Tuomin decoction. The clinical efficacy after 2 course of treatment and total nasal symptom scale (TNSS) score before and after treatment between the two groups pared. Results After 1 course of treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in total effective rate (P>).
