摘要
本论文是肥皂盒上下盖注塑模具设计,论文的主要内容,包括肥皂盒零件三维造型、分型面的选择、分模出来零件的装配和编辑、脱模机构的设计、浇注系统、冷却系统、顶杆、斜顶机构、导套导柱合模导向机构的设计,设计中还包括部分理论计算和和校核,毕业设计所运用到的相关参考文献,以及相关图纸。该套模具的结构紧凑,操作容易上手,模具具有较高的生产效率,并且能够保证塑料件产品的质量。

The injection mold design of soap box
Abstract
This paper is the soap box cover injection mold design, the main content of the paper, including the soap box parts 3 d modelling, the parting surface selection, die out parts assembly and editing, the design of the demoulding mechanism, gating system, cooling system, plunger, inclined top institutions, guide bush guide pin clamping steering mechanism design, design includes part of the theoretical calculation and checking, graduation design applied to relevant references, and related drawings. This set of mould structure pact, easy operation, the mould has high production efficiency, and can guarantee the quality of plastic products.
