随着航天事业的快速发展,为了提高飞机的运行稳定性和安全性,需要对各种飞机机轮进行静态力学性能测试。以验证机轮在最大静载荷和最大限制载荷下的承受能力。目前国内现有的两台径侧向机轮试验台都研制于二十世纪七十年代,绝大部分的仪器仪表都是模拟的,不方便控制和观测,且载荷试验都必须手动完成,已经不能够满足当前对飞机机轮进行的静态力学载荷性能试验的要求了。因此研制一台高性能的全数字化的径侧向机轮试验台,并采用先进的控制算法具有十分重大的意义。
该试验装置由液压系统、电气控制两部分组成,本文的任务是完成试验台电气控制部分的研制与调试。本文就该试验台的电气控制部分的系统设计、硬件选型、硬件电路实现、软件设计做出了详细介绍。最后进行了系统的实验室调试,将系统不断完善、
本文的重点是介绍系统的硬件设计和软件设计,对系统的软件、硬件做了详细的阐述。在实际应用中,系统的可靠性和稳定性得到了很好的验证,采用PID控制算法通过现场调试取得了较好的控制效果。

ABSTRACT
With the development of the space technique, we need to test a variety of airplane tyres for static mechanics performance for enhancing the stability and security of the desining the new airplane tyre ,the test of the sid direction of the foot-path must be carried out in order to prove the adaptability of the airplane tyre under the greatest quiet load and the greatest restriction load. Since the two century china in the 1970s ,most of the apparatus are analog apparatus,which are made the control and observing testing inconvenient. Thus developed a high-bined radial and side load test machine has great significance.
The observing and controlling platform posed by the hydraulic pressure system and electrical task of this text is to finish studying and debugging the part of laboratory bench. This test presents the systematic design, selcecting hardware type,realizing hardware circuit and designing software of electric control systems in carriy on the systematic laboratory and systematic debugging on the spot.
The focal point of the text is the design of the systematic hardware and software. The article addresses the system’s software and hardware in details. In the practical test, system’s reliability and stability has been proved .Control algorithms based on PID control through the debugging pressure control achieved good results.
