幼儿园文化
摘要
幼儿园文化是一所幼儿园的生命和灵魂,它体现了一所幼儿园个性化办园的品质。建设,创新,践行幼儿园文化是幼儿园内涵发展的必由之路。当前幼儿园文化建设已经成为幼儿园可持续发展的一个重要条件,有什么样的幼儿园文化就有什么样的幼儿园,一个富含着先进教育思想和价值取向,有着人文关怀和教育智慧的幼儿园必然是充满了生机和活力的。幼儿园文化是一个总系统,包括三层文化,理念层文化,行为层文化,物质层文化。论文以“幼儿园文化”为题,主要采用文献法,对幼儿园文化的这三层文化进行分析和讨论。

Research on kindergarten culture
Abstract
Kindergarten culture is the life and soul of a kindergarten, it embodies a kindergarten personalized quality of kindergarten Construction, innovation and practice of the kindergarten culture is the only way for the development of connotation of the kindergarten. The current kindergarten cultural construction has e an important condition for the sustainable development of the kindergarten, what kind of what kind of kindergarten, kindergarten culture has a rich in the advanced education ideas and value orientation, has the humanistic care and education wisdom kindergarten must be full of vigor and vitality. The kindergarten culture is a total system, including three layers of culture, concept layer culture, behavior layer culture, and physical culture. Thesis topic, "the kindergarten culture" mainly adopts literature method , the three layers of culture of kindergarten culture are analyzed and discussed.

引言
