摘要
随着纺织企业竞争的日趋激烈,现场管理对纺织企业提高竞争力愈益显得重要。一些重要客户在决定下订单前,一般要到工厂来考察,而客户最关注的是现场管理的一些细节问题,从而判断现场管理水平及生产交货能力。现场管理作为企业管理的重要内容之一,是全面提高企业素质和竞争力的基础,现场管理水平的高低在一定程度上体现了企业全面管理水平的高低。“6S”是从日本的“5S”发展而来的一种现场管理方法,无数经验表明它的成功应用将给企业各方面绩效带来显著的改善。一些中国企业较早采用了这种管理方法,但取得成功的很少。本文将运用现场管理的有关知识并结合A服装企业生产现场管理现状对生产现场进行分析和研究,制定改善方案,达到改善生产现场的目的。
