:目的:总结14例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者人造血管置换术的护理体会。方法:根据主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者的生理特点,针对性地对其进行术前、术后护理,并进行出院指导。结果:全组病人14例手术治疗均痊愈。结论:加强人造血管置换术患者的术前、术后护理,有利于减少术后并发症,提高患者术后生存率,促进患者早日康复。

我科自2002年至今,共收治主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者26例,其中14例手术治疗,现将其护理方法总结如下:
1 临床资料
2002年至今,我院收治主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者26例,24例为男性,2例为女性,年龄最小的26岁,最大的68岁,其中手术治疗14例,保守治疗7例,5例放弃治疗,自动出院。其手术方法是:全麻低温体外循环下,胸骨正中切口,行主动脉人造血管置换术。无论内科外科治疗,效果均较好。
2 术前护理
绝对卧床休息,一切活动均应由护士或陪护协助完成。保持情绪稳定,避免精神紧张;保持病房安静,避免各种噪音
