——兼论美国高校学生社团的经验启示
摘要
高校学生社团是学生依据兴趣爱好自愿组成,经过有关部门批准,
按照章程自主开展活动的学生组织。随着高等教育改革的深入和学生素
质教育的推进,高校学生社团在加强校园文化建设、提高学生综合素质、
引导学生适应社会、促进学生成才就业等方面发挥着越来越重要的作
用。
本文以上海高校学生社团为例,着重阐述了高校学生社团的定义、
特征、类型和作用,总结了上海高校学生社团的基本概况和发展特点,
并对其中具有代表性的复旦大学学生社团进行了重点的调查和分析。同
时对美国高校学生社团的现状及其特点进行了研究,总结了其有益经
验。然后在分析日前高校学生社团存在问题的基础上,对如何加强和改
进上海高校学生社团工作,促进社团健康发展提出了对策建议。
本文认为,在新时期里,上海高校学生社团工作必须从适应社会主
义市场经济对高等教育培养目标提出的新要求、从满足大学生的成长需
要,从建设成为“学习型组织”的方向出发,从支持社团开展活动、加
强对社团的指导、加强社团骨干队伍建设、加大对社团建设的投入等几
方面来大力促进学生社团发展,从建立健全领导体制、切实加强政治领
导、规范完善管理办法、不断推动工作创新等几方面来切实加强对学生
社团的管理。

ABSTRACT
Made up of voluntary students and authorized by college administration,
students association is a anization, anizes some
activities in terms of its rule independently. With the advance of higher
education reform and students making education, college students
associations are playing a more and more important role in strengthening
college cultural construction, improving students’ comprehensive capability,
inducting their adapting to society, promoting their growing and benefiting
their future employment.
In this paper, by the example of Shanghai college students associations,
the definition, characteristic, classification and effect of students associations
were mainly illustrated, and their general situations and development
specialty were also summarized, especially for the representative Fudan
University, and the primary survey and analysis was also implemented.
Meanwhile, the current status and characteristics of the American students
associations were investigated too, and some favorable experiences were
extracted for references. On the basis of analyzing the existent problems,
corresponding suggestions were presented to acce
