摘要
本设计主要是进行年处理30000t浓缩果汁工厂设计。
在对全球和我国苹果产销和加工的现状进行充分调研的基础上,分析了我国浓缩苹
果汁的生产和贸易现状。
量对生产车间进行了物料、热量衡算;进而依据国际市场要求进行了车间的工艺设计,
进行了主要的设备选型。第三,对公用事业、土建等方面也作了~个初步的设计方案;
同时,对水、电、汽的用量和费用也进行了估算;由于浓缩苹果汁大部分是作为出口产
品,P也进行了详细
,本设计还作了必要的技术经济分析。
整个设计充分考虑了目前的经济状况和今后发展的需要,从节能的角度出发选择设,
备。生产流程尽量提高机械化、自动化水平,同时力求技术上先进,质量上可靠,布局
上合理、规范。

Abstract
This design is primarily for the annual treatment of30000 tons
fruitjuice
concentration.
On the basis of full investigation for the global and China's apple production and
processing status,the
design analyses
our
country’s concentrated apple juice production
and
trade

invest to build
a
concentrated apple
juice
production
plant
in San
menxia of all,calculate the number of production materials
and
acquum for the
production
workshop based
on
the elementary output;moreover,rn a:ke
a
technologic design
for the workshop and do the
major
equipment sampling according to the demand of the
international
,make a preliminary
design for the public secto埽and earthwork;
at the sanle
time,estimate the usage and the
costs
ofwater,electricity
and fuel;as most ofthe
concentrated
apple
juice
are exports,it also makes
a
detailed analysis and statistic for the

for the sake of achieving the world quality standards.
Finally,the design also makes the necessary technological and economic analysis.
This design takes full account of current
economic
situation and future development
needs,chooses equipments from the perspective of el'lergy- processes
to
maximize mechanization,automation level,while seeking
quality,reasonable and
