摘要
目前,各种形式异步电动机在我国应用非常广泛,用电量约占总发电量的60%,提高异步电动机运行效率所产生的经济效益和社会效益是巨大的。异步电动机结构简单,容易制造,价格低廉,运行可靠,坚固耐用,运行效率比较高,具有适用的工作特性。
三相异步电动机应用广泛,但通过长期运行后,会发生各种故障,及时判断故障原因,进行相应处理,是防止故障扩大,保证设备正常运行的一项重要的工作。电动机常见故障有许多,比如电动机不能启动,又无其他异常现象,或者有响声但是电动机不转等等;运行中有噪音,振动过大,有时也会出现电动机过热等问题。在这样的情况下我们就要仔细查看电动机的接线以及电源状况,最终予以解决。

Three dissimilitudes tread an electric motor application extensive, but pass wills take place various breakdown after circulating over a long period of time, judge breakdown reason in time, carry on corresponding a processing, prevent failure extension, promise the equipments circulates normally of an important electric motor familiar breakdown has a lot, for example the electric motor can't start, having no other excrescent phenomenon again, or having sound but electric motor not to turn an etc.;There is noise in the movement, once vibrated greatly, sometimes also appear electric motor over hot etc. thus of under circumstance we will be careful to look into electric motor to connect line and power supply condition, end solve.
