路基是道路的基础,它既承受公路结构的重量,即静荷载,又同时承受汽车行驶时通过公路传播而来的动荷载。路基同公路一起共同构成的这种线路结构是一种相对松散连结的结构形式,抵抗动荷载的能力弱。建造路基的材料,不论填或挖,主要是土石类散体材料,所以路基是一种土工结构。因而路基经常受到地质、水、降雨、气候、地震等自我条件变化的侵袭和破坏,抵抗能力差。因此,路基应具有足够的坚固性、稳定性和耐久性。对于高速公路,路基还应有合理的刚度,以保障汽车高速行驶中的平稳性和舒适性。如何采取有效的防治措施,是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。

Abstract
Road embankment is based, it already bear the weight of the highway structure, namely the static load, and the car driving under by road to spread the dynamic loading. With highway subgrade together to form a this circuit structure is a relatively loose links to the structure form, resist the ability of dynamic loading weak. Build the subgrade materials, whether fill or dig, mainly is the medium of earth-rock material, so embankment is a kind of soil structure. So often affected by geological, water roadbed, rainfall, climate, earthquake and self condition change attacks and destruction, resist ability is poor. Therefore, roadbed should have enough sturdiness, stability and durability. For highway, roadbed also should have the reasonable stiffness, in order to ensure the smoothness of high-speed car fort. How to take effective measures of prevention, is we have before us an important subject.
