Promotion Offer & Timing
Buy a $25 Gold Star Chili Gift Card and receive a
$5 Bonus Card FREE
to be used at all participating Gold Star Chili Restaurants.
Bonus Cards will be issued to customers in stores beginning:
Mon. , 2008 through Wed. Dec. 31, 2008.
Bonus Cards may be redeemed at any Gold Star Chili Restaurant beginning:
Thursday January 1, 2009 through
Saturday February 28, 2009.
At this time the Gold Star Chili $5 Bonus Cards will expire. The $25 Gold Star Chili Gift Card is a standard Gift Card and is handled like standard Gift Cards are handled.
Gold Star Chili $5 Bonus Cards should be treated like cash.
They are loaded now - prior to the restaurants receiving them.
Each store location will be responsible for its own $5 Bonus Cards.
DO NOT TRANSFER THEM TO ANOTHER LOCATION
The Bonus Cards will be issued in a security bag panied by a tracking form.
The security bag will be marked with the quantity of cards and the store location. Please check these upon receipt.
An additional security bag is supplied for the return of any Bonus Cards not purchased by the end of the promotion sale on
Wed. Dec. 31, 2008.
The tracking form will be filled out by the attending manager with each $5 Bonus Card issued throughout the promotion. The tracking form will list the Bonus Card numbers for each card allocated to your location.
The Gold Star Chili Corporate Office Accounting Department will retain a master copy on file is case of loss or theft of Bonus Cards.
If loss or theft occurs you will be able to contact the office so they can void the lost or stolen Bonus Cards. It is extremely important to keep the tracking form up to date as it will be turned back into the corporate office with any unused Bonus Cards at the end of the promotion.
