摘要随着我国经济快速发展和城市建设日新月异,房地产经营管理的理念逐渐摆脱了以往短期投机以谋取暴利的不良观念出现了根本性的回归,即回到其为企业生产经营提供基本服务的基础上。本次毕业设计所开发的小区物业管理系统是为小区管理者和小区用户更好的维护各项物业管理业务处理工作而开发的管理软件,该系统实现了对小区业主信息和房产信息的添加、修改、删除,物业项目、费用处理和报修管理的公开,进而实现了对小区物业管理的智能化管理。
