本次设计采用夹点技术法对某石油常减压系统的换热网络进行设计。重点研究了在不考虑热损失及热熔流率是随温度的变化的较理想情况下的换热网络合成。
首先假设最小温差△Tm=25℃,采用计算机程序精确、快捷地确定了各组的夹点位置以及最小公用工程消耗。然后采用Orign绘制了最小温差下的温焓图,由于阈值点之下不再适合运用夹点技术法设计,因此用程序计算△tm=25℃下的夹点位置和最小公用工程消耗,计算出各组的总费用并绘制总费用曲线,然后进行最小温差为25℃时的换热网络流股匹配,最终确定换热器台数,换热终温,需要公用工程需求。
