伸缩拨齿滚筒收膜装置的有限元分析

摘要:采用有限单元法,利用大型数值分析软件ANSYS,对伸缩拨齿滚筒收膜机芯轴、滚筒、拨齿进行了分析,成功地得到了芯轴、滚筒、拨齿的节点变形图和平均等效应力分布图,为厂方设计改造及扩大再生产提供了详实、可靠的依据。
关键词:芯轴;滚筒;拨齿;有限元法;应力;结构静力分析

Abstrac :Adopt a limited unit method, make use of large CAE number analysis software ANSYS, stir a Chi roller to accept film machine Xin stalk, roller and stired Chi to carry on to the stretch and shrink analysis, essfully got Xin stalk, roller and stir the node of Chi to transform diagram peace on an equal footing the effect dint distribute diagram, is factory square design reformation and extension the reproduction provided a thorough and dependable basis.
